Fresh pork brisket bones, barbeque flavored with slightly smoky overtones. Preparation instruction: Thawing Directions: Thaw Ribbits in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours or until thawed. DO NOT THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.; Boil-in-Bag: Place frozen Ribbit bag in boiling water, making sure that it is covered with water. Boil 55 to 65 minutes or until meat reaches 140 F. (35 to 45 minutes for thawed Ribbits) .; Convection Oven: Heat oven to 350 F. Remove thawed Ribbits from bag and arrange in a single layer in shallow pan; cover. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until meat reaches 140 F.; Microwave: Place thawed Ribbit bag in microwave-safe pan. Cut 1 slit down center of top for venting.
